Day One of 33 Day Challenge (3 Minute Video)

No More Sweeteners

Check it out… sweeteners kill brain cells …. and I don’t know about you, but I’m not looking to burn those on what’s in the little yellow or pink paper pouches!  Today, let’s look to eliminate those from our diets.

The thing is they are located in a myriad of things …. most of them hiding behind a label of “sugar free”!  If it’s sweet and says sugar free… guess what’s likely in it?  While these taste good they are incredibly toxic.  One or two won’t kill ya, but over time … protein shake by protein shake, one diet coke or sugar free Gatoraid at a time … that will increase your toxic load!

Recent studies show that these chemically modified sweeteners can damage the way your body naturally processes sugar, making you much more susceptible to overeating. Because of the increasing public health warnings, food companies are now using obscure names to hide these artificial sweeteners in their products. This list will help you avoid these dangerous chemicals.
